About Us

I struggle every day with the reality of living in a world where the climate is changing. I feel too small, too insignificant to make a difference. But that does not mean I should not try. Instead of waiting for the company I work for to move in the direction of green production that I advocate for, I decided that the course fI need to persue was to reach out to other theatre crafts people and leaders in the area to create our own climate initiative. And the Green Theatre Collaboration was created.

Our team includes theatre owners, artisans and representatives from around the Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon. We are working to set up a system of circular design and sharing to cut down on the use of unnecessary resources.
